  • Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ : 10 posts in various streams (Civil – 3 posts, Electrical – 1 post , Security – 3 posts, Catering & Hospitality – 1 post, Merchant Banking – 1 post, Economist – 1 post)
  • Private Secretary Grade ‘A’ : 5 posts
  • Manager Grade ‘B’ : 3 posts ( Civil Engineer – 1 post, Electrical Engineer – 1 post, Economist – 1 post)

Selection Procedure for SIDBI Officer Grade A and B Recruitment :

For Post in Grade ‘A’ Candidates will be selected on the basis of

For posts in Grade ‘B’ candidates will be selected on the basis of

  • Online Examination
  • Group Discussion
  • Personal Interview

How to Apply Online for SIDBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2015 :

Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria and interested to apply should apply only through online mode. No other mean or mode of application will be accepted by the bank.

Follow the following steps to complete the application procedure :

Step 1 : Candidates should visit the official website : www.sidbi.in and click on “Apply Online” Link.

Step 2 : To register the application Choose “ Click Here for New Registration” and fill all the personal information asked in the application form.

Step 3 : A provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on your monitor screen. An email and sms regarding registration number and password will also be sent.

Step 4 : if candidates is unable to complete the application form in one go, he/she can either save the data entered by choosing “SAVE and NEXT” .

Step 5 : candidates are required to carefully fill and verify all the details before final submit of application.

Step 5 : Validate your details and save your application by clicking the “ Validate your details” and “Save and Next” button.

Step 6 : Candidates are required to upload thephotograph and signature.

Step 7 : Click on “Preview Tab” after filling all the details and final submit the application form after verifying the entire application form.

Step 8 : Click on Payment tab and proceed for payment.

Step 9 : Click on Submit Button.
